Hunter Biden purchased a Colt Cobra revolver on October 12, 2018 at a gun store in Wilmington, Delaware.

Hunter Biden has been found guilty of three crimes: false statement when purchasing a firearm, false statement on the gun seller’s documents, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

In general, for someone with no criminal record, rehabilitated, and no additional violent crimes, jail sentences are not often imposed.
“Hunter Biden should be held no more responsible than any other citizen convicted of this same conduct,” said prosecutor David Weiss.
The judge has not yet set a date to hand down a sentence, although her decision is expected to arrive within four months, possibly coinciding with the final stretch of the presidential campaign on November 5.
