The Blue Angels will be in charge of setting the pace for the closing of the campaign of Claudia Sheinbaum, Morena’s candidate for the Presidency of the Republic.
The event will take place in the emblematic Zócalo of Mexico City.

Mario Delgado, leader of Morena, announced that the closing of Claudia Sheinbaum’s campaign will be attended by Los Ángeles Azules.
The event will begin at 4:00 p.m. and promises to be a massive celebration. The Iztapalapa group, known for hits such as “El listón de tu pelo”, “Mis Sentiments” and “17 Años”, will be in charge of entertaining the afternoon.
The Blue Angels are no strangers to the Zócalo Capitalino. Her last presentation in this place was in 2022, when Sheinbaum was still head of government of CDMX. Previously, they were also presented in 2015.

In parallel, Jorge Álvarez Máynez, presidential candidate of Movimiento Ciudadano, will close his campaign with a musical event at the BB Auditorium of the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, Mexico City.
The “Máynez Capital Fest” will feature artists and bands such as Porter, ACZINO, Penny Pacheco and others.
The event, which will take place on May 29 at 6:00 p.m., will be free and open to the public, offering a combination of music and politics on a single stage.

Xóchitl Gálvez in Monterrey and Tepatepec
Xóchitl Gálvez, presidential candidate of the Fuerza y Corazón por México coalition, will have her campaign closing at the Arena Monterrey, Nuevo León, at 4:00 p.m.
José Antonio Rojo, Gálvez’s campaign coordinator in Hidalgo, reported that after her participation in Monterrey, the candidate will travel to her hometown of Tepatepec for a family reunion.
The event in Tepatepec is scheduled for 10:00 p.m. and will take place on Emilio Carranza and Rosales streets.
It has not yet been confirmed whether there will be a musical performance at the close of Gálvez’s campaign.
